Planning a Spring Baby Shower


My best friend is having a sweet little baby girl this July and I am helping to co-host her shower.  Most of my close friends have had boys and, if you've been following along here for any length of time, you know I have two boys myself, so you can imagine how excited I am do dream of a super fun and feminine day for my bestie!

I love some great inspiration...and I'm pretty sure I look like the heart-eyed emoji over these photos:

What is key for a feminine baby girl shower?  Beautiful flowers, gold accents, LOTS of pink and of course some delicious desserts!

One of the best parts of throwing a shower is putting together the invitation...and I always defer to Minted for my invitations, announcements and holiday cards.  They really are the best.  Here are my favorites:

    I love that last invitation with the baby girl name Claire. We named our baby girl Clarice. I get so many compliments on her name! :)

    You will have so much fun planning the shower and these are all gorgeous inspiration! I had a ball planning my niece's shower. I did it in soft pink, golds and bright pinks.
