I've finally gotten around to updating our mantel from winter to spring. And it's good thing too since Easter is right around the corner!
I didn't have to do much...just a couple additions to take make it more "springy".
I got the lanterns from Pier 1 about a year ago and filled them with some fake pears from Target. The little nest is from Pier 1. I love how it ties in the bird print.
The bunnies are also from Pier 1...how cute are they??
On a side note, I finally added curtains to the living room. They actually came from the guest bedroom {now the nursery}. While I had planned on stripes...this just seemed to make more sense for the time being. I do love the way they frame out the dining room.
And for good measure...Wilson is getting into the Easter spirit...can't you tell?? You can call him Wilson Cotton Tail for now! :)
How are you getting ready for Easter?

ReplyDeleteLovely!
This is pretty darn cute! I have been thinking about curtains - we have really nice wooden blinds on all our windows so they don't really "need" curtains. But there's something about curtains that really ties it all together. SO I'm at a loss. I like yours!
