How far along? 13 week...just about to the second trimester!
Baby Size: A Peach
Total weight gain/loss: It's hard to say...I think I've lost 2-3 pounds due to morning sickness and food aversions. I am sure this will quickly change!

Maternity clothes? Still fitting in all my normal clothes, though I did buy a pair of maternity leggings! I figure leggings will be my best friend the next 6 months!
Stretch marks? No...wearing all the creams and oils that I can! But I do think they're inevitable...my skin is prone to these little buggers.
Sleep: Sleeping well! Except for the occasional call of nature...
Best moment this week: The fact that I'm feeling better! I have more energy and foods are starting to sound better. And no more nausea...yay!

Have you told family and friends: YES! And so happy everyone knows now! :)
Miss Anything? I don't miss wine nearly as much as I thought I would. I do miss sushi though...
Movement: No, but I hope soon!!
Food cravings: Carbs carbs and carbs! Mostly bagels and cream cheese. I also am liking fruits and sweets.
Anything making you queasy or sick: It's getting better...still not super hot on veggies but I had a veggie sandwich the other day and it was good! Raw onions still sound gross and so does meat for the most part.
Have you started to show yet: I think there's a little something coming in...I'm excited for this part!
Gender prediction: I honestly have NO idea! Ryan really wants a boy, but I am fine either way. But can't wait to find out! Maybe I need to start a poll??
Labor Signs: No
Belly Button in or out? In

You look great! I know I'm going to have a rough time with smells when I'm pregnant. I'm smell-sensitive already, so I'm sure that will only be intensified. Glad you're feeling better!
ReplyDeleteToo funny about the raw onion and bagels. I think weeks 7-9 I left work at 10am everyday to go get a bagel and cream cheese, and I definitely am still aversion-y to raw onions.
ReplyDeleteYou look great!

ReplyDeleteYou look adorable Natasha! Really glad you are feeling better now. I could not look at, cook, eat any type of meat through my whole pregnancy. Love grilled cheese sandwiches and french fries. Missed wine, but have needed it much more since Mila's arrival, so that probably all works out and we didn't find out the gender till she was born. I (and 99% percent of our family and friends thought it was a boy). So crazy. I could not believe when she came out! Ha. Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute post! SO excited for you :)

ReplyDeleteYou're so cute!! :)
ReplyDeleteAaw...I see a bump! Good for you and congrats. You look great by the way! I hate to be a Debbie, but stretch marks were my biggest inevitability too. My Mom and my Gramma had them. No matter how much cream I used they came on me with a vengeance. So instead of marks I call them slices. As far as predicting gender, I found that a craved more sweets when I was prego with my girls and the saltiest of salted foods with my boys, but everyone is different!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute little update...I love all the fun little questions! And I'm pretty sure this will help to keep you from being buried in a pile of email questions (c: Glad to hear you are feeling better!

ReplyDeleteI had no idea you were preggers! Where have I been? Congratulations...that is so so exciting. Enjoy every minute...it's such an amazing thing!
ReplyDeleteLook how adorable you are!! Ah, I'm so happy for you :)
ReplyDeleteOMG! Your bump is adorable, you look amazing! I totally agree that they stretch marks are inevitable and hereditary; however, as someone who had them in the past but didn't get any during my pregnancy, I can tell you the secret is to gain the weight slowly. Just imagine if you fill a balloon to quickly, it bursts, much like our skin; however, if you gain slowly, your skin gently stretches. I was so crazy that on the last 2 months I applied cream roughly 10 times per day, I'm not joking, but hey it worked I guess? :)
ReplyDeleteYou are too cute Natasha! I think it's so fun that we get to experience this journey with you. I don't follow any pregnancy blogs, although I know there are tons out there! So for me, your blog and the updates are really sweet :)
ReplyDeleteYou are just too adorable. I'm not sure if I ever said congrats - so excited to see you on this journey! It's going to fun seeing all your updates.
