O is for {finally} being Outdoors!

Happy Monday everyone!

As you know, this past weekend was full of sun, relaxation, and not much else!  It's nice to wake up on a Monday and feel well-rested and refreshed.  A couple things to re-cap the weekend...

Our deck is FULLY built, but we've still got to stain it and add some finishing touches.  Hubs and I had our very first breakfast on the deck Saturday morning and it was so nice!
Wilson enjoyed it too!
    In anticipation of the deck being finished, we went online and ordered our deck furniture!


    It's Martha Stewart from Home Depot and on a crazy sale, plus we got $100 off by using a gift card...so all in all...only $300 PLUS free shipping!  Not bad, huh?  Hopefully it comes in time for the 4th of July weekend...we're pretty excited about it.

    We also got to go out on the boat...it was Wilson's maiden voyage...I think he did pretty well:



    We also got to visit the nursery again and buy some plants for our front yard

      OK WHOA I should be commenting on your new deck {looks fab by the way} but the scenery behind your pups in that boat pic is just too beautiful!! AHH is that what you get to see everyday?! Totally jealous!

      I'm jealous! It's been raining here all spring/summer long. Have had to cancel my daughter's birthday party TWICE! (It's an outdoors theme... at a park... her favorite place in the world!)

      I love the pic of Wilson lounging! I have been dreading bringing my pup on the boat. I know she loves water and LOVES putting her head out of the window but I just hope she can hold her pee for long enough. Looks like you had a kick butt weekend! Very jealous!

      Your boat view is amazing! I am wanting to do a houseboat trip to Tahoe or Lake Powell! Looks like a great weekend. It was just Hot, hot and hot here in SC. But did get some tanning and golf time in!

      What a lovely deck!! From what I can see of it anyways, lol. I miss having a deck... right now I just have a little patio in my condo townhouse. I love to sit there in the mornings though and have my coffee.

      Oh my gosh girl So jealous of being out on the lake!! Shasta loves boats...and the wave runners. My dad takes her on those out there...it's crazy! Her cute little ears flap in the wind (:
