Happy Friday Friends!
I'm always so happy when it's Friday and I have the weekend to look forward to! What's especially nice about this weekend is that we're home and it's just us two...which means I get to play some catch up around the house and in blogland! :)
We do have a Hubby's cute cousin's dance recital {try saying that 3x fast!} to attend on Saturday night, so naturally, I am linking up to Friday Fancies today!
Hubby and I go to R&R's dance recital every year...they are SO cute and it's a blast to watch them have fun on stage and improve every year.
A fun fact about this particular dance recital is that it is held in a casino...where adult beverages are served! Fun stuff! And since it's at night on a Saturday, we definitely get to dress up, which is always fun!
I based this outfit on this lovely Twenty 8 Twelve silk skirt...love the vibrant colors...what a show stopper huh? The top is a simple tee, which helps the outfit become more casual.
I am also MAJORLY obsessed with these DVF wedges...I saw them in black, but fancy this color too! I paired them with this neutral clutch and some fun jewelery...especially loving the Kendra Scott necklace. Gorgeous!
Also, I am super excited to be posting over at a A Dose of Pretty where I am sharing my fashion files today! Here's a sneak peak:

I would love SO MUCH to go to my niece's dance recitals. It's unfortunate because we don't live in the same state or even close, and I've only been to one. But the one I went to was so adorable, she's really talented! Love your outfit for the occasion! Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteHi Natasha!! Thank you so much for your birthday wishes!! Great outfit for a dance recital! That is so sweet that you are going to support. I danced for 20 years and it was always felt so special to have family in the audience.
